Biography

J G Craig was born in 1970 in Kilmarnock, Scotland.  After travelling for many years; 6 years in Exeter, Devon, 2 years in Italy (on and off) and 1 year in Greece, he has made his home in Aberdeen, Scotland, where he takes much of his inspiration for his writing from the gothic architecture of the city and beauty of the coastline.  He is the oldest of five children and countless cousins.

His first short story, written in an old school jotter when he was 11 years old, was called Freakway, and his writing was a hobby for many years.  After deciding to proceed with his dreams of being published, a slew of credits ensued in Thirteen, Dred Tales, The Writer's Post Journal, Skive, et al.  His favourite authors include stephen King, Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, James Herbert and others.

He is currently studying Creative Writing and Literature with the Open University.
